Thomas E. Palmer

Thomas E. Palmer graduated magna cum laude, with a B.A. in Political Science from Grove City College. Thereafter, he graduated from Villanova University School of Law and later joined Palmer & Barr.

While at Villanova, Mr. Palmer worked as a certified legal intern for Villanova's Farmworker Legal Aid Clinic. During his time at the Farmworker Legal Aid Clinic, Mr. Palmer assisted underprivileged clients by representing them in wage claim and immigration disputes.

Mr. Palmer is admitted to practice before the Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Palmer also sits as an Arbitrator in Montgomery County. In the past, he also helped set up a non-profit corporation to fight human trafficking. Mr. Palmer is a member of the Delaware County Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association.

    • Delaware County defense verdict in chain reaction accident with plaintiff claiming injuries to his neck and back.  The Plaintiff underwent therapy, injections and a radiofrequency ablation.  The Plaintiff’s expert opined that the Plaintiff suffered a permanent injury and would need low back surgery as a result of the accident. Ultimately, Mr. Palmer convinced the jury that the Defendant did not cause any compensable harm to the Plaintiff.
