K. Reed Haywood

K. Reed Haywood is a graduate from Wake Forest University, with a B.A. in Psychology. He received his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honors Society, National Order of Barristers, and National Products Liability Moot Court Team. 

Mr. Haywood joined Palmer & Barr as a partner in its Philadelphia Office. He concentrates his practice in the areas of civil litigation, with a particular emphasis in the defense of matters involving automobile and truck accident claims. He also has extensive experience handling premises liability, professional/pharmacy malpractice, product liability, and aviation matters throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

He is a frequent lecturer to industry groups on various topics regarding insurance and litigation issues. He regularly sits as a Judge Pro Tempore in Philadelphia County. Additionally, Mr. Haywood is an active member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association. He also is a member of the Alumni Council of Wake Forest University.
