    • Jim Palmer tried a Chester County Jury trial where Defendant was pulling out from a stop sign to make a left turn onto Route 30. The Defendant was waved on by a stopped car in the right lane, and that driver was also a Defendant. The Plaintiff was driving in the left lane and struck the Defendant’s van in a significant impact. The Plaintiff claimed concussion, headaches and shoulder injuries. Both Defendants contested negligence and causation. Defendants’ experts maintained that at most minor soft tissue injuries were sustained by Plaintiff. Settlement discussions were unsuccessful as Plaintiff rejected the $42,500 offer on behalf of both Defendants. After three days of trial, the jury found in favor of the Defendants.
