Bryce H. McGuigan joined Palmer & Barr as an associate. Bryce received his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
Prior to joining the firm, Bryce served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Wallace H. Bateman, Jr., the Criminal Administrative Judge of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. During his time as a Law Clerk, Bryce was responsible for drafting a multitude of appellate opinions, covering a wide range of issues within both criminal and civil law.
While attending Temple, Bryce served as a Certified Legal Intern for the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office, where he would conduct preliminary hearings throughout the County and further tried summary appeal cases in the Court of Common Pleas.
In addition, Bryce spent time with the SEPTA Legal Division, defending SEPTA against personal injury suits at arbitrations within Philadelphia. Bryce also served as a legal intern with both the Department of Homeland Security Office of General Counsel and with the Social Security Administration Office of Disability and Review.
Bryce is admitted to practice in the Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is an active member of the Bucks County Bar Association. In his free time, Bryce volunteers as a mock trial adviser for a team of ninth and tenth grade students at his alma mater, Holy Ghost Preparatory School, in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.
